Client Complaints - Mediation
The Client undertakes to send any complaints to Prosper Technologies Ltd with a view to its amicable solution. Complaints should be sent by mail to Prosper Technologies Ltd - For the attention of the Complaints Section - Rue Du savoir, 1st Floor, Maeva Tower, Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius.
Prosper Technologies Ltd undertakes to:
Acknowledge receipt of the complaint within ten working days;
Respond to it within a maximum period of two months from the date the complaint is received, except in the event of duly justified exceptional circumstances.
If the response is unsatisfactory, the Client can then refer the matter to the following competent consumer mediator with a view to its amicable resolution:
